Toro is the prized fatty belly of bluefin tuna, known for its buttery texture, rich flavor, and natural marbling. Our Atlantic bluefin is sourced through New England seafood suppliers and landed in Massachusetts.
Each fish is different, so the degree of marbling and balance of lean meat and fat naturally vary. This listing is for toro; specific chutoro or otoro selections are subject to availability and confirmation.
Serve as sashimi or nigiri, or lightly sear the surface for a warm finish. Slice across the grain with a sharp knife and pair with soy sauce and fresh wasabi.
