About the catch.
Farmed North Atlantic salmon offered as a super frozen saku block. This trimmed, skinless format highlights the salmon’s rich orange flesh and natural marbling, and is convenient to portion and slice.
Each pack contains one whole, individually vacuum-sealed saku block, supplied frozen. Blocks are approximately 0.4–0.6 lb each; individual weights vary. Sold by the whole pack at a fixed price, with a one-pack minimum. A quantity of 1 means one block, 2 means two blocks, and so on.
Photographs show the product thawed. Sliced presentations are serving suggestions; the product is supplied as a whole block in its sealed pack.
Keep frozen until ready to use and follow the supplier’s thawing and handling instructions on the package.
